CLIENT: The Doctors

A full-service interior design project based in West University, we transformed this spec house from 'builder basic' and neutral, to one with designer finishes and bursting with personality. Featuring wall treatments, mixed metals and a closet to die for, we touched every single space in this home. Each design element that we brought in was considered both functionally and aesthetically. As two incredibly busy professionals, our clients wanted to spend their free time with their young children, rather than choosing finishes. Their design brief was simple: create a home at the intersection of style, luxury and calm for them, that also kept wonder, comfort and delight alive for their children. Simple, but not easy! Read: they didn’t want to worry about wine spills when they entertained, ketchup stains when they had playdates, and they wanted everything to be gorgeous. And let’s have some very neutral spaces and some drenched with color. Oh, and can we mix metals please?
